The San Mateo ACE Program covers vital healthcare benefits and services for adults over 21 years old who cannot qualify for other state and federal insurance programs. To join ACE, participants must pay a $360 application fee. Most participants then pay an annual Participation Fee of $360 for 12 months of health coverage. It can be paid once a year in full or in monthly payments of $30. People with financial hardship can request for a fee waiver. There is a $15 co-pay for most services.
